Morgana adds laminating with Vivid partnership

Morgana will supply VLT's range of Matrix laminators, which will be available to view at the company's Milton Keynes showroom.

UK sales manager Ray Hillhouse told PrintWeek: "More and more we are getting asked to provide a complete package so we needed to bring a laminator into our range.

"Now if a company is looking to bring finishing in-house of re-equip their entire post-press department we can do that.

"We also work with a lot of digital vendors and often they ask us to provide an entire finishing department, they will now be able to offer their customers a complete package through us."

Laminators provided by Morgana are the MX-370 and MX-530 models, offering 340mm and 500mm lamination film widths.

Both systems are capable of handling substrate thicknesses 135-450gsm and feature semi-automatic feed and fully automated separators. Gloss or matt prints can be produced on the laminator at speeds of up to 10mpm.
