Antalis launches environmentally friendly digital paper
By Adam Hooker Friday, 27 January 2012
Paper merchant Antalis McNaughton has launched Digigreen, an environmentally-friendly paper for the digital print market.
Digigreen is a coated range, designed to be used on the HP Indigo and dry toner laser presses, available in both silk and gloss finishes.
It is available in a range of digital sizes, including SRA3, SRA3+ and iGen 3 and iGen 4 formats, in substances from 100gsm to 350gsm.
Regional marketing director Richard Champion said: "Big companies are still desperate to show their green credentials, so we have put digital and a strong environmental message together. We think it will be particularly appropriate for the marketing communications sector."
The range complies with 100% FSC Mix Credit certification, European Ecolabel and NAPM 50% Recycled certification.
It is also compatible with Canon, Xerox, Kodak, Konica Minolta, MGI, Ricoh and Xeikon digital printing techniques.
