Image2output appointed as main distributor for Oris in UK and Ireland

The Hatfield, Hertfordshire-based supplier, which has a presence in digital printing and RIP, will focus on promoting the CGS Oris colour management offering.

Mike Warnes, managing director of Image2Output said the "strong alliance" with Oris will strengthen its position in the inkjet and digital press sectors.

He added: "We will be able to provide a broader range of products and services to existing and prospective clients.

"A strong emphasis will be the promotion of CGS Oris Press Matcher // Web, the ultimate colour management solution for all digital press owners experiencing inconsistent colour results from their presses."

The tie-up with Image2output is the latest stage of CGS expansion in the UK and Ireland.

In November, wide-format distributor Revolution Transfers revealed it was to resell Oris colour-management products in the UK.

The Coalville, Leicestershire-based business represents CGS packaging and large-format colour-management products in the UK.
