Rakesh Press buys Perfecta on the first day of Pamex

The first day of Pamex 2011 saw a major deal signed by Rakesh Bagai, owner of Rakesh Press, who bought Perfecta 115 TS from Indo-Polygraph Machinery, exclusive dealer for the German guillotine manufacturer.
The recent buy takes the total number of Perfecta 115 TS in India to above 40, which includes installations at major prinitng firms like Parksons Packaging, TCPL, Utility PrintPack, Gopsons Papers, Sundaram Multi Pap, Hindustan Times, Eagle Press and S Chand.
The machine will cater to the finishing needs of several KBA presses and a Heidelberg press on the shopfloor of Rakesh Press.
"The machine is integrated with a newly designed Perfecta TS control system with a single display unit for operating all the associated functions," said Aditya Surana of Indo Polygrapgh Machinery. "There are two modes available within the TS system: 0-mode and UC-mode, and comprises of features like dimension entries via a virtual keyboard, calculator function, automatic positioning after acceptance, and quick and easy creating of cutting programs."
Established in 1950, Rakesh Press is a participant at London and Cape Town Book Fair and has its print power under one single roof right from conceptualisation to design, printing, finishing and delivery.
Overall Indo Polygraph Machinery has installed over 700 Perfecta machines in India.
